Cryo Palm Rest Unstable and Bending

Hello,

I’ve owned my Cryo for about a year and the palm rest is bending so much that it affects controlling the position of the mouse and basically creates a “dead zone“ for the mouse. Please see the attached images of the gap and the video showing the bending / delfection. I’ve tried tightening the screws. Is there a way to fix this? Or replace the palm rest component?

No visible damage seen from the sides ?
You can unscrew the palmrest and turn it upside down, see if you can find any damage there.

Are the original or correct size screws used?
