Cant get copy/paste working on the Aeron Cybertron

I want to try and use my cybertron for video editing and motion graphics. Two of the keybinds I would like to save on there are copy paste (Ctrl+C and Ctrl + V)

They don't work to copy and paste. Instead it seems to open up copilot when I hit copy and some other windows menu when I hit paste...no matter what program I have selected that I am working in.

Anybody know what's going on here?

Take a screenshot of whole Azeron software and the profile you have the binds assigned.
