Can I buy a thumb stick(4way) and a ring finger tower for cyborg?

My 4way button on the thumb stick is broken, and my ring finger tower too.

I leave in Korea, so it's waste of time and money to ship it to you and repair and take it back, so I just simply want to buy spares.

4way button is broken inside(soldered part), so it doesn't fix in middle, it goes to down direction when I don't touch it.

And one of bolts of ring finger tower is stuck so I can't tilt it and also I can't remove the broken bolt anyhow.

No ways of extracting the bolt ? Torx tip is one way of doing so
