Broken joints

These cyborgs are complete junk. I barely use mine that I pretty much only use to play one game. Snapped off the tension piece that hold the ball joint in place on the index finger. I tried to ask for a warranty repair, but instead I was given a link to purchase a new joint, a link to a YouTube video that shows the tedious process of replacing the broken piece, and a file for a 3D printer to print off a new one.

Way to stand behind your product, Azeron...

For $300, these things should at least be able to withstand someone click a button on an arm maybe 3 times per month. Total garbage.

yeah they dont care... i got replacement bits and they break even when not in use(and not tightened) i shevled mine after the 2nd repair and looked at it later on to find a 3rd joint broken from just sitting on a shelf

no one cares at azeron about this problem they will just keep churning out devices and collect money.... untill the joints are replaced with something more durable this is a waste of money and im sorry to have supported this company
