I have checked task manager and it very briefly appears under background processes and closed. I attempted to run it through one drive and received the message "The code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." It did not.
This is my 2nd Cybord2 - the software was working but not sure it was the updated version. I went to previous versions and it wouldn't launch either.
