Azeron software didnt recognize my Cyro

The Azeron software didnt recognize my Cyro. With this I cant establish the buttons and I cant play.
(yes, I tried to reinstall the software, use another cable, etc.)
Can someone help here? Thanks

Do you have Rewasd installed by any chance ?
Does it show up in the device manager?
