Hello,
I got my Azeron Cyborg last summer 2024, and it was working fine for 3 or 4 months. Then the analog stick started drifting and being extremely jittery. At this point (April 2025), when I point the joystick forward (w), down (s), as well as left (a), the dot moves around like a crazy ping pong ball in the particular 'quarter' I have moved the stick. Interestingly, when I point it right (d), it does not get jittery, but when using the joystick in-game, it will often drift extremely to the right ('d' direction) even when the stick is in 'home' position. This will, in-game, often cause me to walk out of cover, fall off a cliff, or just move right in general.
In the Azeron software, I have tried the 'Analog Joystick' setting, the 'Keyboard' setting, and the 'Xbox 360 & Keyboard Joystick' settings, calibrating each numerous times, using each of the calibration methods to see if they would work. Nothing helped. I also tried adjusting the upper deadzones to try to reduce the jitters (based on what I read in the user manual). None of this helped.
I have followed several guides/videos found on these forums, including a clean reset (cleanly reinstalling software and firmware), I have blown air into and around the stick, followed by removing the stick housing and making sure no dust was inside on on the circuit board. I have remove the palm-plate to make sure the wires were seated firmly into the Tansy circuit board (all seemed fine there).
At this point, I'm not sure where to go, except I know I've trouble-shooted this issue ALOT for a relatively new $300 piece of hardware...
I will attach a video and some log files.
Please help, very frustrated...
