I am playing 7 Days to Die through Steam. Sometimes the thumbstick works to move my character, sometimes it doesn't. I have had no problem in any other game I've played yet using the thumbstick. It seems like there is a sweet spot to get any input and I'm wondering if it may have something to do with the dead zones. I have calibrated the thumbstick a few times now and messed with different values for the thumb stick dead zone in both Steam and the Azeron software.
