Is there a way to adjust the X or Y mouse sensitivity independently?

In order to be accurate with the cursor while using the Cyro, I've had to reduce my mouse sensitivity setting.
This is fine on the X-Axis because I have plenty of room to swing my forearm left and right and I can get across both of my screens comfortably.
For Y-Axis movements, however, I end up needing to pick up my elbow and move my whole arm to move the cursor more than half of my screen up or down which really messes with my accuracy because I lose my contact point.

If I could just increase the Y-Axis sensitivity, I think my problems would be solved.
Is there a setting somewhere that I might have missed?

No option in the software to change a single axis.
I believe some games allow independent change and there are various windows workarounds if you google it
