Thumb/analog stick

Hi all
I brought my cyborg back in march/April time and now my thumb stick/analog stick is very wobbly it's the ball joint area that's loose and will not tighten I haven't overtightened it or dropped it.
Any help would be great as I don't want to go back to controller.

Is the screw loose ?
Check on the other side on whether there is a silver threadnut in the other side, that would let screw grip against.
From the picture it looks like it could get tightened more.
Assuming it`s not possible, because the screw doesn't grip.
