while I've had my cyro for at least 8 months it's been fine until recently the mouse wheel has stopped working almost entirely. and before this I noticed the back was cracked when I received it, but it was working fine, how would I go about getting it fixed/ replaced for the back plate and the mouse wheel. other than the mouse wheel the rest of the cryo works fine.
