Replacement Thumbstick Cup Design

My only issue with the Azeron is my thumb gets sore the way I use the thumbstick - so I made a cup-style insert that my thumb sets in, not on. A litte grip tape in the cup keeps my thumb from sliding and losing grip when I pull back.

Good idea , I have a bit of the same problem even if it's not too annoying. Have you used a 3D printer?

any chance you could post how this mod was accomplished? if 3d printed, can you provide a link to the stl?

I don't suppose you ever check this , but I'm with them. Some files or however you managed to create this would be wonderful. I have the same issue and this seems like the perfect solution

There is a cool material called surgu I've used on other projects. It would work for sure, but would be harder to make look machined.
