Randomly disconects

just shuts off and on during game play randomly

Do you hear it disconnecting ?
Do the LEDs turn off / flash ?
Plugged in the hub or PC port ? Worth trying another port, if possible.
Tried moving the cable on both ends whilst its connected? Does it cause disconnection ?
If possible, try another cable.

Do all button stop responding ?
Does it happen onboard or software, or both profile types ?
