Palm rest interchangeability

I previously purchased a cyborg with both palm rests. I am considering the purchase of a cyborg 2 due to the hall effect joystick. My question will the palm rests interchange?

Palm rest will fit, but palmrest base wouldn't, it would have to be purchased separately

OK, that makes no sense. if I order a curved palm rest cyborg 2 , can I put the curved palm rest from an original curved cyborg on it. I understand the lights and switches are different. on the cyborg 2 base.

The curved palmrest will be interchangeable. So if both devices are with curved palmrest, you will be able to swap them.

However if the other device has a different palmrest type, you won't be able to swap them out, since the part underneath the palmrest differs on both models
