My 'Classic' keypad isnt working

I moved my keypad to a different PC in a new location, and downloaded the latest software as I cannot remember what version I have on my other PC. And after following the instructions provided, the app no longer registers the keypad as being plugged in when it absolutely is. And while it is plugged in, the letter 'c' is spammed endlessly.
Please help.

thankyou but now the joystick on my keypad isnt working properly. Its set to 'keyboard' and i have it as WASD but A&S come out as D and W&D come out as W in game or in text.

Try reflashing it with the same firmware. If it doesn't work, roll back a firmware and then update back to latest one.

Delete the profile you are having issue with and re-create it
