How do you map the joystick to camera control in RTS and MOBA games? Specifically for dota2 and RTS.

How do you map the joystick to camera control in RTS and MOBA games? Specifically for dota2 and RTS.

Not sure about other games, but in league just assigned the arrows or wasd to stick and then also changed the camera view to the same input in-game settings
