LoTRO not recognizing my Cyborg

I'm a total newbie to the Cyborg - still tweaking the physical adjustment and starting to get keybinds down. For several days I was able to play Lord of the Rings Online, but it suddenly stopped recognizing the cyborg at all.

The Azeron utility still sees it fine.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Does it get recognised on any other games ?
Is there a dropdown menu where you can choose the device used in-game ?
Does it support 360 ?
Change the thumbstick to keyboard setting and try it
