Recently I moved, and unpacked my azeron classic keypad. I found that all of the keys on the keypad wouldn't unpress upon pressing them. Is this an issue with the keypad? I tried to dust the sockets using a Q-tip but It didn't do anything.

Use the screwdriver and slightly loosen the screw holding the keys fast. Does that help?
