Does the button light up when you press it ?
You can right click on it to unbind and then re-bind it on a single click.
Create another profile to see if the button works on another profile

Just letting you know that I tried the right click to unbind and rebind, and that worked. Kinda strange, considering how many times I tried to rebind previously, but I hadn't done the right click method yet. Thanks for the help.
