when i open the program it shows' please plug in device ,but my device lights are on and the device works from what it seems so far. but im not sure why the program isnt working . is any body else having this issue ?

Make sure the usb cable is fully plugged in.
Could be another controller interfering. Unplug it, restat the PC.
If you have rewasd installed, make sure you end task on it and rewasdservices before launching Azeron software.
