Can anyone tell me why the hex wrench just spins and can't tighten anything? It's a round shaft in a round hole in the handle and it can't produce any torque. Am I missing something because this seems totally useless. ??? The slotted tip shaft has flanges that lock into the handle. Why does the hex head just spin?

Probably the screw is stripped. Which screw is it or all ?
