Form template for Cyborg key map

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a tool I made with you, a Word macro-enabled form to map keys for your games. You can type labels for each of the keys , the name of the game and pick a date. Then you can print it. To make a map for another game, just click on the clear all button.. I find that having a clear copy of the keys is really helpful when I am setting up my Cyborg for a game. MS Word.

The template is blocked by MS Word because it contains macros. Would you please explain the purpose of the macro so users can open the file with confidence?

This looks like excellent work and I would like to update it for the Cyborg II
