Hi, after few month the last finger is completely loose. nothing happened but is not more in position. Any help or suggestion?

is it a Classic or Cyborg ?
Is it the rail that moves side ways or the angle doesn't hold?

it is a cyborg, the rail is fix, the upper part is totally loose

Is the tower joint fully clamped down?
Which screw do you use it to tighten it ?
Are there any cracks on it ?

Screw inside the rail, that is for the tower angle.

I tighten it, it's a little bit better but still loose
i see a little crack in the white part , send u an image
