everything is broken

Ok so my dad got me this as a birthday gift and its great but I still preferred normal keyboard for a while but once I was ready to give it another shot all of a sudden my computer can't find the keypad, the software you included to help update the firmware wont open, I've tried everything but I cannot seem to get it to work anymore

Was it working before?
Are the Leds coming on on Azeron ? Is it showing up in device manager ?
Got any other controllers connected ? Rewasd installed ?

Go through a clean reset -
