Cyro only works with software closed

I had a power outage and now my cyro only works when software isnt on. I tried hard reset and reinstalled software. When I lauch software the mouse freezes and stops working.

Did you reinstall the software with deleting the appdata for it as well?

yep it still freezes up

You can try reflashing the firmware with any of the previous versions.
I have also provided you with the newer sw version, so please install it and test on it.
