cyborg Stuck on updating firmware loop

opened up the software and it recommended updating the software/firmware, but once i did i am no longer able to use the azeron cyborg, i believe it is being detected since i can go to settings and attempt to redownload software however i am not able to finish, it says failed to update firmware

tried following a reset guide, but am not able to get a different firmware on there to redownload the newest
