My thumbstick is stuck going one direction and doesn't go back to center. It's giving input when the physical thumbstick is dead center.
Made A Post on Discord.
I've Send a Mail with a video and screenshot.
Got a response on discord+ here+ mail.
They sending a replacement Module. Hopefully it'll fix the issue and 🙏 hope this one doesn't malfunction to .
For my first Azeron product i'm already regretting it .

I've "Reseated" the wires TH1+2+4+5.
I've manually installed the firmware as done in the video by azeron.
Nothing worked.
Getting a replacement Module in mail.

I’m having this same issue now and I’ve only had this for a month. Yesterday my stick was stuck in an upwards position (W side), after hours of readjusting wires and uninstalling/reinstalling the software, I fixed it. Then today I go to use it and now it’s stuck to the right (D side). I emailed them and now am still waiting. Anyone find a fix yet?

Sounds like motherboard acting up instead of the module

I receive the replacement module tomorrow. I hope it will work. What did you do after your replacement? Are they going to send you a new one?
J’ai un joystick de remplacement. Je l’ai installé et j’ai toujours le même problème. GOu

Oh, it must be nice to have yours for a couple months before it goes haywire. I’ve got mine on the 29th, It’s now the 1st and I plugged it in this morning and I got an hour and a half out of it before it fucking broke the joystick is stuck in One Direction no matter what I do even though it shows dead center and of course I’m probably never gonna hear from Azeron anytime soon am I?

I also received my Cyborg 2 on the 29th of January. Thumbstick was working great until just recently, now the past weekend I had to unplug the device during Marvel Rivals as the thumbstick got stuck moving in a singular direction and wouldn't respond. plugging it back in during this time would repeat the behavior. I tried updating the firmware and when doing that the device went completely uncommunicative, so I did a hard reset and pushed the latest firmware and got it to wake back up. attempted to use the device again and it repeated the same behavior. what should I attempt next?

re-sit the joystick wires.
  • Unplug your usb first, then open up the palmrest by unscrewing the 3 deep recessed screws underneath the Azeron, then lift the palmrest off your keypad. Inspect the wires if everything seems connected. Check for your non-functioning key in this circuit diagram: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1axo-aO__DAPN0JLOLPwUEd83HLnrzD6jn3QIbucUIO4/edit?usp=sharing
  • Disconnect the wire for joystick x/y/ v5 and grounding and re-connect it again, making sure the wire is making a clean contact, no hair wires stray from the blanc cable, and no insulation is stuck in the screw-in clamp. You can plug in your usb again while the palmrest is open to test the key, just make sure you are not touching any of the wires or board while your Azeron is plugged in.

Received Cyborg II on Feb. 13, having the same constant forward input issue on Feb. 17. Tried reset, re-installing software, disconnecting and reconnecting x and y axis wires on board, nothing has resolved the issue.

I just ran into this issue today. I custom ordered a large Cyborg II, with Elite Joystick and custom nameplate, colors, etc. I've had it for 1 week and I go to use it today and the joystick doesn't work. It's stuck in one position "D" and spamming my Windows with the D key. Any attempt to recalibrate doesn't work. Reloading the firmware doesn't work. Unplugging and replugging it in doesn't work.

I was very upset. This is only 1 week old. How can it already be malfunctioning? But, I followed the instructions of "Im this guy" on re-seating the joystick wires. For my Cyborg II, that was the Red, Black, Blue and Green wires. During the reseating of the wires though, I discovered what I think the real issue is. During production and assembly of my Cyborg II, they don't appear to have removed enough of the wire insulation from the ends of the wire before screwing them into the circuit board. Each of the wires had a small section of insulation at the end of the wire, just before the bare wire, that was smashed, indicating that the screws were clamping down on insulation, not bare wire.

So I removed about 1 millimeter more insulation from each wire and screwed them back in and now we are working again perfectly.

If I end up having issues with any of the other buttons, this wire insulation clamping issue will be the first thing I check.

Also, it might be something you want to address with your assembly guys. There are plenty of customers out there that won't have the expertise to recognize this issue or how to fix it, and obviously it's best to ship a product that is reliable and doesn't need the customer to tweak to get to work like it should.

Thanks again 'Im this guy' for the re-seat instructions. I do believe it resolved my issue.
