I just started having issues with the beta software i have used for a year or so now so i have upgraded to the newest version and now my profiles/settings will not load. seems like the software does not acknowledge my azeron.

Try manual fimware reinstallation -

I have done all of those steps multiple times and i always get the same downloading error. The azeron software will not run properly for me to update drivers and such there. After following this video, i just keep getting the same downloading error after connecting the device.
