Azeron Cyborg WASD (not analog) button #22 is physically sticking in the down position

I have the Azeron Cyborg WASD (not analog) button #22 is physically sticking in the down position. #28 - #30 work correctly when #22 is not sticking but don't work correctly when #22 is physically stuck in the down position. Please note that this is not a software issue. What can I do about this issue?

WASD mapped to 5way switch?
Does the 22 stick without the cap on as well?

Yes #22 sicks when checking after removing the board with the switch from it's housing
