The inputs freeze: the pressed keys stay pressed even if I stop pressing them, and nothing happens when pressing other keys. I have to unplug and re-plug the cyborg to resolve the issue. It happens two to three times an hour and it is extremely annoying.

Export the log file from software / settings tab / having trouble.
Did you import the profiles from the older software ?
