My analog stick is also having issues with drift and will also lock toward the W and D position and not cant activate A and S. this problem is intermittent In the attached videos you can see the issue around 1:59 the stick jams to W and starts to jitter and not respond correctly, this is a replacement analog stick. Logs are also included.

I have also already followed the clean reset video in the previous post about a similar issue. Has anyone yet solved this issue?

Spray canned air or contact cleaner in the stick

It is possible, but haven't seen that happening b4.
This is the second thumbstick with the exact same issue?

Could be a power shortage as well, I believe.

Email us on info@azeron.eu, will see if the keypad can be arranged for a repair.

I’m having a similar issue with my out of the box cyborg II. Every 20 minutes or so the character just starts moving in one direction even though the azeron software isnt registering a physical input by me. I’ve adjusted the stick drift and tried a clean reset, but still get this occurring. Please help ty

In the software the dot stays in the middle, whilst the character in game is running ?
Sounds like a device disconnect instead.
No usb notifications for device unplugged ?
Check the device manager on whether Azeron is still connected when it happens next time

Yes will check right now, but everytime it’s happened I’ve been able to jump and use my action keys, only movement is impacted.

edit: just checked my task bar and system devices, the device is continuously detected even when the bug occurs :( I noticed that the issue occurs more often when I switch to Xbox 360 and keyboard joystick setting. Could it be something with how the game is interpreting the thumb stick input? I’m not sure what to do next. I’m playing Fortnite btw

Does it happen on onboard profiles with the software closed and the software profiles ?
Do you run the performance firmware or standard ?

Ty for your reply. I’ve been playing with the software open in case I need to check/change my binds. I’m running standard.

Try running the onboard profile.
Switch to keyboard mode on stick for testing, see if the issue occurs.

I tried using the onboard profile with the software closed and used keyboard mode. The problem continued to occur :(

Are you running a perfomance firmware ?

Try the non performance one.
Try plugging directly in mobo usb port, if you haven't already
