    Worked once now only lights up

    Just got my azeron compact 2 weeks ago and it worked first day turned on pc next day and now it says unknown device. I have un installed and reinstalled everything tried every port even tried the bus controller work around for windows 11 still nothing even thought it might be my operating system...

    mine is doing the same thing got it 2 weeks ago it worked once and hasn't since all ports have been tried uninstalled and reinstalled everything even the hidden files all i have connected to the pc is 2 monitors a camera and a mouse and keyboard and a elgato stream deck thats it and still wont...
