Have watched the tutorial and tried to hit reset. Took the base apart and there's literally NOTHING to hit a reset button. There's no hole in the base to get to a reset button at all. I'm BEYOND frustrated at this point. To make matters worse there's NOBODY you can call either. A stupid ass...
