    sorry at the point when I press the reset teensy nothing happens.

    It keeps getting stuck at the rest button point. Teensy stays greyed out and never changes colour no matter which USB port I choose. It has always been hard to plug my cable into the USB could it be that the cable or the USB port is damaged?
