Azeron application won't open

So i have done everything try to reset uninstall it reinstalled it did the manually firmware and noting is happening it wont open or do anything

export the log file from software / settings / having trouble and attach it.

Does the profile light switch when you press the profile button ?

i fix the software opening up now i have the problme where i cant select profiles

still send the log file.
You can try reflashing the firmware
