v0.23 not updating firmware

Hi-
Installed the new software for Classic for Lefties.
On start it states firmware needs to be updated.
Clicked the Export profiles to ensure they could be recovered.
Clicked the Update... and nothing happened. No prompt to reset device, no 'in progress' message.

After 5+ min, exited the software, restarted desktop, attempted again with same result.

Any suggestions?

Returned to v0.22 for now. Working fine.

Windows 10 Home (all updates)
AMD Ryzen 5 3600

You can try upgrading your FW by using teensy.exe

Then install v0.23.0 and try to run it

Thank you, I did try to find teensy in the Azeron software without success.

I did get it to work. After a system restart only Windows & v0.22 were running. This is a gaming system so only Azeron and Discord are auto-started - Discord was 'Quit'.
The v0.23 install was started, clicking Ok to kill v0.22.
v0.23 was installed and started.
When prompted to install the firmware, Update was clicked because the profiles had already been exported.
This time I got the expected progress bar then the prompt to push the reset button.
The firmware updated and 0.23 is working.

Exactly why the process ran successfully this time may never be known.
