Okay, this might seem weird, but I have seen many posts from people around the net, here, facebook or YouTube asking about using Azeron keypad to game with one hand so I just had to try it and see if I could make it work. As it turns out you can use reWASD to make this work.
You set the thumbstick to the right stick and then pick 4 other buttons for W A S D and you can game one handed surprisingly well.
