When I use the AZERON CYBER joystick the mouse does not move the game camera (as if the computer ignores it), until I press one of its buttons. Does anyone know what I can do?

Most likely the game doesn't support dual input and you will need to change the thumbstick to keyboard mode.
The game most likely switches between controller and keyboard / mouse inputs
