USB not recognized

I'm using it for the first time today　　It's Cyborg II
At first, I checked that the LED lamp was on, but after installing the software, the LED did not light up and I could not recognize it.
I plugged and unplugged the USB several times before installing the software. I don't know when it stopped lighting up.

Hello, sounds like you firmware update was interrupted might need to apply firmware manually.
Here is a guide for how to manually apply firmware.
