I just bought the Cyborg 2 compact. The software was installed without problem and is up to date.
I have calibrated the Cyborg2 compact. I mapped the keys. All went well. Calibration is good, steady and centered. The buttons are good with no duplicates or buttons activating strangely.
When I plug into my XIM, I get a constant and fast input of an "UP" command. It won't stop. I can see the input on the Xim app. it says "J - UP"
It happens in the XBOX menu, games; all the time. I have tried enlarging dead zones and altering many options in the Azeron software. Nothing seems to alter this constant "UP" command. I even remapped 3 times in different ways to make sure it was not a problem and no duplicate mapping.
When I disconnect the Cyborg 2, it immediately stops. The Xim app shows the input stopped. Game controller works fine. I plug in my old Logitech G12 and it is fine.
I know my Xim works fine with my old Logitech G12 and has for many years. I tried changing deadzone settings on the XIM app. Nothing changes the frequent and constant UP input.
What can I do?
