like the microsoft adaptive controller has a million of them it would be nice to have two buttons i could put on the floor to use as right and left mouse buttons, or gas and break. i lost my right hand about 2 years ago, so i love the cyborg ii, i velcro tape the mouse on my wrist where my hand used to be and click the mouse buttons with my left hand. but i have to use my most dexterouse finger to do it.....would be nice to use that finger for other important gameing things. i could prolly wire something up myself but i dont know what button goes where on that green bus bar

honestly i didnt know about the cyro, i saw a youtube vid on the cyborg and emediatly ordered one from amazon, lol i know pateince is a virtue, having said that i absolutely love it for almost all games, i have since also ordered a cyro, the combination of the two (not at the same time for me anyway) and i should just about be able to play any game i want effectively. you guys have been a godsend. plus i play some mmorpgs and the superior button numbers come in handy with the cyborg

Hi mate

I built this thing a couple of years ago so that I could use my foot for some extra buttons but I never got used to it and then I bought an Azeron instead.

It has 4 buttons and shows up as a Direct X controller device in Windows.

1: Turn your foot left
2: Turn your foot right
3: Push with the big toe
4: Push with the whole foot.

You need to use some program like Joystick Gremlin or similar to get it register as mouse clicks.

It might be usable for you and it's yours if you want it.
