Tried to Order says card expired, theres many months left on my card and can't contact as captcha says account banned

Hi as per headline I have tried to put the order through many times tonight and it will not work,
It passes my bank security with passcode but when it should go through your site says card expired,
the card is working active and has plenty of months before a new card is coming and there is the money in the account so not
sure why your site is saying this?.
