Thumstick wont calibrate stuck in forward W position

Just received my azeron Cyborg 2 and the thumbstick wont calibrate? Multiple attempts and always the stick is stuck in W forward position. Reset software and hard reset and cant get the thumbstick to work.

Does it move at all, if you turn the stick in circles ?
Or stuck in one position somewhere?
Is the 5way switch above responding?
