Thumb Stick not in the middle

Hey guys,

i hope thats the right place for my request.
I have my cyborg 2 now for around 2 weeks and im really happy! great product!

BUT

my thumbstick is not center in the middle, its a bit off to the bottom, is this normal or is mine kinda broken?

I uploaded two images, the first one without my finger is the normal state, as you can see (i hope) the stick has more space at the top and less on the bottom.
On the image with my finger i pull it into the center, thats the correct position.

Is it broken? Can i fix that?

Because at the moment the stick movment to the top is way longer than to the bottom, thats kinda weird.

Mine is also slightly off. Not by much, but still noticable. I also noticed that my x Box Controller has the same issue.
Dont know why that happens with these Thumbsticks. It's especially notable with the restrictor ring on.
I wonder, if there is not a "DIY" fix for that?

Depends on the cause.
If the joystick is installed on the board incorrectly, then we would replace it under warranty.
Try opening it up and take pictures on how the joystick sits on the PCB board. You can attach photos of it
