The Allen screw is defective and can no longer be loosened!

The screw (circled in red) is broken! I can't loosen it with the included tool; the Allen key spins when I try to loosen the screw.
Allen screw is worn out and can no longer be loosened

What can I do? Exchange it? Is this covered by the warranty? I have no idea.

It`s most likely a stripped screw, if the allen key works on other screws.
You can try putting a rubber band into screwhead and then put the tool in and try turning it

Have you ever done this before? How thick/thin should the rubber be? I don't want to break the tool in the process! If you know what I mean.

The rubber band didn't work! With a little luck, a small angle, and a bit of force, I managed to loosen the screw and replace it! Everything works 100% again!

If you have a small drill bit and drill you can drill it out a little (Dremel works ok too) . You only need to get the head off (top part that is stripped). Then you should be able to use a small pair of plyers to twist the rest of the screw out slowly. Had this issue before, twice actually. This worked for me.
