Hello,
I have just purchased my 3rd Cyro. The Black Elite Bundle For Lefties.
Button #17 is acting very weird, it feels sticky and it pops oddly. There are a few buttons that feel like this.
I use this button for "Activate" in a lot of games and "Enter" for programs.

I was playing a game clicked activate (Button #17) and it paused my game.
For reference my pause button is #20 on the d-pad.
It activated the object and immediately paused aswell.
My other cyros do not do this, and I've reset the device a few times.

I think this is a defective device as it also will activate buttons i do not even have bound.
I was playing and opened my inventory, which in turn opened the windows menu.
I don't even have the windows key bound in any of my profiles.
Apologies, but it was a very odd experience. I have since returned to one of my older Cyro devices.
I have but one working hand, so i was very excited when i un-packed my new device.
To quickly discover the device is mad buggy.

Thanks,
Kevin Gordon
