Software missing options

Hi,

Just bought and received the Cyborg 2. Installed the Software.

When I am setting up the keys, I wanted to mace a macro but the option is not available in the In the drop down menu.

I have reinstalled the software. installed it as administrator, restarted the computer.

Macros are supported on software profiles.
Copy a profile then ensure the toggle next to software is on
