Software download issue

Hi all!

Just received the cyborg. I encountered an issue downloading the software: it's very slow (average download speed is 20.4 KB/s then now and then it get stuck and I have to resume) , I speak about 2hrs to 6 hrs slow 154 Mb download. Can you tell me if this is normal (I have a good internet connection) or if it's just an unfortunate coincidence that the server is slow the same day I received the unit?

I've tried v1.0.3 and v1.0.2 with the same result.
