Shift Key Based on Mouse Button?

There is a feature with my Xim Apex that I like very much. I have assigned the right mouse click as a shift key so that when I use it to go to scoped viewing, the meanings of other buttons changes. This allows me to assign "Lean Left" and "Lean Right" to my first two buttons, but only while scoped.

Is there a way to use buttons NOT on the Azeron to induce profile changes?

Not using the Azeron software, no.

You could use autohotkey to acheive it, though. i.e. change the action of a keybind based on whether or not right mouse is down.

You'd have to check the game's TOS to see if it's allowed, though.
