I'm not an FPS gamer myself, but I have contemplated getting a keypad with an analog stick.

Would an Azeron Compact work with games like Skyrim, Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4, Outer Worlds, etc? As in is the analog stick pressure sensitive, thus adjusting a character's walking and running speed the harder you tilt it? Because I like the finesse of an analog, especially since it makes mechanics like sneaking easier, but I prefer aiming with a mouse, which analog feel sluggish and imprecise (especially when trying to snipe enemies).

i have not tried the games you listed. most of the games i have dont like mouse/keyboard and analog joysticks at same time. they switch between "console" and "pc" modes. sometimes changing the UI layouts or outright disabling specific keyboard keys. last time i played Ark: Survival Evolved, as an example, once console mode is activated you have to go into settings to deactivate it.
